About Me
I'm Isaac Navarrete — a Platform Manager, software leader, and automation-first problem solver with over a decade of experience building systems that scale people, not just technology.
I started my career on the front lines of IT support, working with global operations across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. That hands-on foundation shaped how I approach technology today: deeply practical, outcome-driven, and focused on removing friction at scale. Over time, I moved from resolving issues to designing platforms and automation that prevent problems altogether.
Throughout my career, I've led teams and delivered systems that:

Today, my work sits at the intersection of platform ownership, cloud architecture, and system integration. I design and operate solutions using AWS, Node.js, Python, SQL, React, and event-driven automation — with a strong emphasis on reliability, observability, and long-term maintainability.
Alongside my full-time role, I run Wabi Solutions, where I help small and mid-sized businesses modernize their operations through custom software, integrations, and automation. The goal is always the same: build technology that works quietly in the background while the business moves faster.
Outside of work, I'm driven by performance, endurance, and controlled chaos. I train CrossFit regularly and run distances ranging from 5Ks and 10Ks to half marathons and full marathons — pursuits that mirror how I approach my work: consistency, resilience, and showing up when things get hard. I also run a YouTube channel (IFDRIVEN) where I combine cars, performance, and storytelling, often featuring my Audi TTRS and Corvette Z06. When I'm not building systems or content, I'm usually working out, traveling, or exploring the outdoors.
